You had no idea of what just happened! Well, story started out like this:


15/06/2008.
These Standard Chartered staff from KB were checking out (from the hotel). So, as usual, the check out procedure. Skali, when the room was being checked, all rooms were okay except room 211. The room was missing a dental glass wah. So, I told the woman who was staying there that a dental glass is missing, she has to pay $10.00 for that. She was being such a bitch and all, saying she didn't take it and only saw one dental glass in the bathroom. (There's supposed to be 2). So she got pissed and asked us to check her luggage, which we didn't by the way. Ugh. So eventually, she had to pay.


End of story, or was it?


Today, some woman from Standard Chartered BSB called. She was really angry, saying this and that! Another bitch, Cheng Yun Vui. Yes, I'm not afraid of you, bitch!

Well, she said that the KB staff told her that the hotel front-office staff was rude, asking them to pay $10.00 for a mere glass. Then she told Cheng that we "so-called" searched her luggage for the glass! I, did not do such a thing! So yeah, I was on the phone with her, bla bla bla. She was like, "I DEMAND YOU TO PAY BACK THE $10.00! I DEMAND YOU TO WRITE AN APOLOGY! I DEMAND TO SEE A SEARCH WARRANT OR THIS IS GOING TO COURT!" For what?! For your info, I was doing my jobbb! So, I said, "Fine, you can check the CCTV, and you'll see that we didn't go through her luggage and if banar I didn't do it, I'm going to demand more from you!"


Ah! Gila, I was so hot-headed earlier.


Oh, by the way people? I'm going to MTSSR. Currently working on my resignation letter.
